Henkel Products and CVS Gas Card Double Dip!

Henkel and CVS Gas Card Deal

Last week we posted about an awesome new gas rebate (spend $25 on qualifying Henkel products and claim a FREE $10 Shell gas gift card).  See the original post here.

This week there’s an awesome opportunity to double dip with Henkel’s Gas Gift Card Rebate (limit 1 per household) and CVS’ Buy $30 Get $10 Gas Card Deal (limit 1), as several products qualify for both promotions.  After coupons, Ibotta deposits and (2) $10 Gas Cards score (4) Dial Bodywash, (4) Right Guard Total Defense Bodywash, and (3) Dial Antibacterial Soap 3 packs for just a few cents each!

Here is your deal at CVS through 6/28:

You can make this better — for the body wash, get one regular one and one men’s one. Those are two separate Ibotta rebates.

I am going to try a variation of this tonight. Please note though that the CVS bogo says limit one in myCVS ad. Also, the max value of the buy 2 get 1 free coupon is $4.49. This is definitely a more complicated than usual deal since you have overlapping bogos.

May try 6 bodywashes and 2 soap 3 packs) and use (2) b2g1, (1) $1/2 dial soap 3 pack. Maybe I can substitute a men’s bodywash per Ruchama’s suggestion. The total pre-coupon is $30.74? Not sure how the CVS bogo will factor into this……

Has anybody done the Henkel gas card rebate yet? I submitted receipts last week, and when I log in now to check my status, it just says “in progress.” I couldn’t find an email address or a number to call to ask what that meant.

I tried it yesterday. I didn’t want to text, so I did the email way. It worked fine. I scanned all my receipts into my computer, then emailed them. They replied immediately saying they would get back to me in 72 hours, but it only took about 24 hours. They said my receipts were processed and all I had to do was click on a link they sent me where I just had to add my name, address and email. I got an immediate response saying I will be receiving my gas card in 4-6 weeks.

Was your $25 before or after coupons?

        • Ken

I already did one of these deals successfully at Target that was calculated before coupons. So that is how the Henkel deal works. The CVS calculation is different. For my fiancé, I just bought 6 Dial Bodywashes ($5.99 each) and 4 Dial foaming soaps ($3.29 each)……using 2 B2G1 free coupons for the body washes and 2 B2G $1 off coupons, combined with store deals of B1G1 free for all of these items and the total towards the $30 was $24.55. Not quite was I was expecting.

Yeah, the CVS deal only counts the ones that you pay for in the BOGO. (I already have about $20 toward the CVS gas card, and my receipts from last week are $25 before coupons toward the Henkel deal, so I’m just buying enough Dial this week to get me up to the $30 for the CVS gas card.)

          Before coupons.

OK, thanks. I was worried that the reason I hadn’t gotten the info for the gas card was that my total was $25.50 before coupons, but only about $13 after them.
