Revlon Nail Coupon

Whoohoo!  Check out this super awesome deal Denise just dug up when she was looking through her coupons from yesterday’s Smart Source insert!  We received a nice $3/1 Revlon Nail Product Coupon in the 7/27 Smart Source insert.  Well this week Walgreens has Revlon Cosmetics & Beauty Tools on sale for Buy 1 Get 1 50% off this week, through 8/2.

In addition to this store sale and insert coupon, we’ve also got an nice $3/2 Revlon Nail Color, Care or Appliques, exp. 8/30/14 (Walgreens, Aug.) Walgreens Coupon found in the coupon book in store, usually located near the weekly circulars.  Plus there’s one more way to save on this product – Get 50 points ($0.05) for every $1 spent on beauty and personal care items through Aug. 30!

Walgreens sells Revlon Nail Enamel for $5.29 regular price – this would be a money maker before Walgreens changed their coupon policy.  Buying 2 Revlon Nail Enamel’s priced at $5.29 + BOGO 50% off sale would produce a money maker after stacked manufacturer’s coupons and Walgreens store coupon and points, however now that Walgreens states in their new coupon policy that they will not adjust coupons down when they exceed the value of the item.  Therefore we don’t think this money maker would work.

We still have an awesome deal for you!  Our local Walgreens sells Revlon Perfumerie Scented Nail Enamel for $6.49 regular price.  Buy 2 and pay only $0.22 a bottle after BOGO 50% off sale, beauty points and stacked coupons!

Here is your deal at Walgreens through 8/2:

I have a question about their new policy…. What if you buy something that is 99 cents and you have a $1 off coupon? Because this happened to me about a month ago, and the cashier had no idea what to do… She almost didn’t let me use the coupon, but I explained to her I still could. So she called over the manager that worked there for over 10 years… and he had to ask someone. He had to change the price of the item to a $1 so I could use the coupon.

I don’t get it, stores still get reimbursed for the face value of the coupon… It’s almost like stealing when they reduce it down to the product’s price.

The price is $5.99 each here in Orlando. I purchased a .69 Gatorade so my coupons would go through since they would be over purchase price. Worked like a charm at three stores. Never did find the freebie H20 lotion or body butter!

I went today and my store would only accept one mfg coupon and would not allow the Walgreens store coupon. I still got a deal but I was pretty unhappy with paying $6 instead of change! Does anybody else have this kind of problem at their store?

It happened to me yesterday. Only one manufacturer coupon per purchase. They did took the Walgreen’s one. About $1 each at the end.
