Easy Fudge Recipe – Chocolate

Here’s a simple easy fudge recipe that you can make your sweetheart or sweethearts for Valentine’s Day or any day of the year!  Who needs an excuse to eat fudge.  😉

The only tricky part about this recipe is when you are cooking the sugar, butter and milk.  You have to make sure you stir the mixture constantly, scraping the bottom of the pot so nothing sticks.  If you make this fudge correctly, and again it all comes down to the cooking, you will have big hit with your special Valentine.

Instructions
  1. In large saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil, lower heat and keep to a slow boil (constantly stirring) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat; add the chocolate chips stirring until melted. Add remaining ingredients, stir until mixture is well blended.
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and let fudge cool before cutting.
