As a lot of you have already heard, Zaycon announced that they are closing immediately. As you can see from the message below, which is shown on their website, they are “suspending business operations”. It’s not clear if they will be continuing to fulfill orders or if they have plans on refunding money at this time.
While I’m extremely disappointed in this news, my heart goes out to the many people that lost their jobs suddenly and without notice.
Actions You Can Take
I know, for some of you, me included, you have orders pending that have already been paid for. You have a couple of options:
- Since this just happened yesterday, you could wait it out a few days to see if they will be processing refunds. My gut tells me they will not but this is an option. However, they did list this email address for any questions. Not sure when or if you will get a response but here it is email@example.com.
- Contact your credit or debit card companies and file a claim with them regarding any outstanding charges you have with unfulfilled orders.
While we try our hardest, here on Living Rich With Coupons, to only post about companies we feel are good fits for our readers, please know, we did not see this coming at all. In this instance, we actually waited, a very long time, until we felt they were well established in our area before we posted. Apparently, that was not the case and I’m very sorry for those that will have to process claims with their credit or debit card companies.
