25,288 Pounds of Ground Beef Recalled Due to the Possibility of e.Coli

Cargrill Meat Solutions announced the recall of 25,288 pounds of ground beef. The ground beef recall is due to possible e.Coli Contamination.

The problem was discovered when the establishment reviewed the product and found that it may have been associated with another product that was positive for e.Coli.

Details of the Ground Beef Recall

The recall will affect the 10-pound chubs of “EXCEL 93/7 Fine Grind Ground Beef” with a “freeze by” date of Sept. 5. The products were produced on Aug. 16, and carry the establishment number “EST. 86R.”

These items were shipped to warehouses in California & Colorado.

What to Do

No Illness has been reported in association with the ground beef.
