Walmart Announces Changes to Store Hours, Senior Shopping Hours & More

Like many stores, Walmart has made some changes to their shopping hours that went into effect starting 3/19.

Shopping Hours for Higher Risk Customers

Every Tuesday from 3/24 – 4/28, Walmart will reserve the first hour of their shopping day for those that are at a higher risk including seniors who are 60+. Pharmacy’s will be open during this time too! This will go into effect nationwide. Since store hours vary by store, please check your local store hours to determine what time you can shop on Tuesday mornings.

New Walmart Store Hours During Coronavirus Pandemic

Most Walmart stores nationwide will open at 7am and close  at 8:30pm each day. This will allow them to restock and deep clean their stores.

Item Limits on Certain Products

Walmart stores will have limits on certain items including paper products, milk, eggs, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, water, diapers, wipes, formula and baby food.
