Best Buy has recalled certain models of Insignia Air Fryers & Air Fryer ovens due to the ovens overheating posing for potential fire and burn hazards!

Details of the Insignia Air Fryer Recall

Here are the Models included:

United States
Air Fryers: NS-AF32DBK9, NS-AF32MBK9, NS-AF50MBK9, NS-AF53DSS0, NS-AF53MSS0, and NS-AF55DBK9
Air Fryer Ovens: NS-AFO6DBK1 and NS-AFO6DSS1

Canada
Air Fryers: NS-AF32MBK9-C, NS-AF50DBK0-C, NS-AF50MBK9-C, NS-AF53MSS0-C, and NS-AF55DBK9-C
Air Fryer Ovens: NS-AFO6DSS1-C

The air fryers and air fryer ovens have cooking chamber capacities ranging from approximately 3.4 to 10 quarts (3.9 to 11.4 liters). The products have plastic or plastic and stainless-steel bodies in black and stainless-steel finishes, the brand name INSIGNIA is on the top or front of each unit, and a rating label on the underside of each unit identifies the brand INSIGNIA and the model number. The air fryers and air fryer ovens were sold between November 2018 and February 2022.

What to Do About the Recall

If you are using a recalled air fryer – stop using it right away and register it to receive credit (gift card for best buy). Head over here and register your recalled item! After you register a shipping box, prepaid return label and instructions will be sent to you! After you return the air fryer and it’s verifyed the electronic gift card will be issued to you.

The Gift Card price will be larger than the price of the Air Fryer ($50 for US purchased units)
