Wondering what Halloween Clearance is marked down to at Target? Us too! So we checked a local NJ store and this is what we found. It looks like all Halloween, including candy and food, is all marked down to 70% off. There were also some toys & decor marked down up to 70% off. Also select Dia de Muertos items were 50% off.
