WOW! As of 3/26/26 we cannot access the Shopkick app. Turns out Shopkick just shut down without telling anyone, including employees. I’m able to open the app, but it does not work.
Looks like if you had money in there, there is no way to get this payout at all. We are just as shocked as you are.
