I’ve been hearing the health benefits of Broccoli Sprouts is amazing! I decided to make my own sprouts in a jar and share it with you! It was easier than you’d think!

- Eat plain (dressings)

Things you Need to make this easier:
I decided to make my own Broccoli Sprouts in a Jar!
- 1 Tbl Broccoli Seeds for Sprouting
In a glass jar put 1 TLB Broccoli Seeds for Sprouting
Fill with water and let sit for 8-10 hours
Rinse the seeds and put jar upside down
Everyday for 6-8 days rinse the seeds 2-3 times per day - leaving the jar upside down each time
sprouts will form!
