Here’s a cauliflower recipe that has a little punch to its flavor. Use your favorite type of mustard for a variation. Enjoy!
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 2 tsp prepared mustard (any type)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Parsley or other fresh herbs for garnish
Boil cauliflower in water until tender. Cut into flowerettes and place in grease casserole dish.
Combine mustard and mayonnaise and spread over cauliflower. Top with cheese and bake at 325° until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika and fresh herbs.
