Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup milk
Topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients for the cake. Add butter, egg and milk. Mix until combined.

Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish.

In small bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle on cake batter.

Bake in 375° oven for 30 mins or until done.
