If you love popcorn – you have to try Coconut Oil Popcorn! It’s healthier than all the butter on bagged popcorn! It’s also SUPER easy to make!
Since January 19th is National Popcorn Day we thought this would be the perfect recipe to share!

Coconut Oil Popcorn Recipe:
Easiest, healthiest and cheapest way to make popcorn!
- 1 Tbl Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Popcorn Kernels
- Coconut oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
Heat 1 Tbl Coconut OIl in a Sauce Pan
Once that melts - add 2 kernels and wait for them to pop - this is how you will know the oil is ready
Put 1/4 Cup Popcorn Kernels in oil and place lid on sauce pan
Wait for it to pop - shake the pot a few times lightly - you should hear 1-2 pops per second when it's done
