Crock Pot Curry Chicken Recipe

This recipe is so simple to put together.  It calls for chicken breast halves with the bone.  You’ll have to remove the skin.  Put it in the crock pot and in 6 hours on low, you have your dinner. Serve with rice and a vegetable or salad.  Enjoy!

Crock Pot Curry Chicken

Ingredients
  • 3-4 lbs chicken breast halves with skin removed
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
Instructions
  1. Place chicken and onions in crock pot. In small bowl mix honey, mustard, curry powder and salt and pepper to taste, pour over chicken. Top with red bell peppers.

  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Serve with rice.
