Glazed Ham Patties Recipe – Great for Leftover Ham!

Here’s a unique (and tasty) recipe to make, especially if you have leftover ham. You can also make it with ham from the deli, if you’d like. The recipe calls these “patties”, but they are made in a muffin pan. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked ham, medium ground
  • 1/3 cup fine cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • dash black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
Instructions
  1. Combine ham, cracker crumbs, egg, milk, pepper, thyme and onion. Pack into 6 greased 3 inch muffin pan cups.

  2. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in saucepan blend rest of ingredients; boil for 1 minute, stirring the whole time. Spoon over hot patties and broil for 2 minutes.
