Green Beans with Dill | Delicious, Easy Side Dish

Sometimes changing up a normal side dish with just a few different herbs and seasonings can make something ordinary, seem a little extra special. Try this variation next time you make your green beans. Enjoy!

Green Beans with Dill

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, cleaned and cut
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions or chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cook beans to desired tenderness and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with green beans. Serve hot or cold.
