Green Beans with Dill
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, cleaned and cut
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 2 tsp dried)
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions or chives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Cook beans to desired tenderness and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with green beans. Serve hot or cold.
