This is a marinated grilled chicken recipe. Its best marinate overnight to get the best flavors. The recipe serves 8. You can halve the recipe if you want to make a smaller batch. But leftovers are tasty and nice with a tossed salad. Enjoy!
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade, pour rest into a large ziploc bag. Place chicken in bag to marinate. Seal bag and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Grill chicken on medium heat, 5-6 mins per side or until done. Baste with reserve marinade.
