Here’s a tasty low-carb recipe that you can make very easily in a food processor. Enjoy!
- 1 1/2 cups shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste

Put sunflowers in food processor, grind until finely ground. Add Cheddar, salt and pepper. Mix well in processor. Add in water and pulse until dough forms a ball.

Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place dough on paper, put another sheet on top of dough. Press or roll the dough to a thin sheet. The thinner the better. Peel off top layer of paper. (Optional - sprinkle with more salt and pepper and press into dough). Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into squares.

In 325° oven, bake for 30 - 35 mins. Peel crackers off the parchment paper and break long the cut lines. Let cool and store in air tight container.
