These Salsa Turkey Burgers were the bomb!

With tomatoes currently in season, I like to try to incorporate them into a lot of my recipes. Having just made a batch of homemade salsa, I thought, why not add that to ground turkey. Seriously guys, it came out so good. Probably the best turkey burgers I have ever made.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 Cup Salsa - Homemade Can you jarred but use chunky
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese optional
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Make into pattys

  3. lightly grease grill

  4. cook for approximately 10 minutes until no longer pink in the middle

  5. add cheese if desired (I used shredded Mexican cheese)
