On your list of stores I don’t see EMERSON, NJ on your coupon list are they a FD or RD store.

  • liba

The Paramus NJ store doesn’t fully double.

  • Nancy

Shoprite of White Oak (Cherry Hill Road) Montgomery County Maryland – Fully Double up to .99 cents

    • Gisela Valentin

So if I have a $1.00 coupon does that double to $2.00?

      • Laura D.

No. Only up to $0.99, so $0.99 doubles up to $1.98. Anything over $1.00 is at face value.

  • Doreen

ShopRite of Perring Parkway on Cleanleigh Drive

Parkville, Maryland fully doubles up to 0.99! They opened over the summer. 🙂

  • Brie

So irritated bc Shoprite in Ewing NJ does not fully double anymore… seems like the same goes for Pennington too. It must have just recently changed because I just noticed lawt week on the top corner of the circular. Only doubling up to 50 cents! BUMMER.

  • JJ

Parkside Shoprite in West Philadelphia doubles up to 1.00! 1575 North 52nd St.

  • MaryM

Harfor County, Md stores (kliens/shoprite) fully double … $.99=$1.98

  • Olivia

Does anyone know anything about the ShopRite in Hatfield, Pennsylvania? I did not see it on the list.

  • emily perez

Newton & Franklin stores in Sussex County ,NJ only do RD…this list might need an update

  • Elizabeth

So in Perth Amboy NJ they fully doubled even if it says do not double?

    • kabby

Most grocery store that double the coupons, will NOT double a coupon that says DND (Do Not Double)…but there are a few exceptions.

  • chida

I always went to shoprite in New City and they fully doubled

  • Lesley

What do you mean Paramus doesn’t fully double? I shop there all the time and my coupons always double up to 99cents.

    • who knows9389389

Maybe the policy was different two years ago, or the OP assumed her $1 coupons would double to $2.

  • Lesley

Have you ever shopped there? I never have and I have been wondering how Emerson is with coupons. Paramus and New Milford have been saying they cannot accept internet printed coupons that do not scan.

  • Marybeth

The Silver Spring, MD store fully doubles.

    • tina

Do They Still Double Internet Coupons?

      • Marybeth

The last time I was there (last week) they still doubled internet coupons.

    • SLL

are you asking or telling? I don’t see a question mark but i really need to know because Silver Spring is closer to me than Glen Burnie 🙂

      • Marybeth

I am telling. They fully doubled as of last week (2/21)

        • SLL

I just called the silver spring store….they said they just double….I called the glen burnie store and they confirmed that they fully double.

          • kim

Glen Burnie almost always tends to double up to 20 coupons in one transaction every 24 hours.

            • Kimberly Kingston

              Either internet or manufactures coupons.

  • Bridget

I was just at the location in Jersey City and they only gave me RD not FD.

    • Liz Nowak Harwood

I go there all the time and they FD up to the price of the item. No overages on coupons, but up to .99 cents, they FD!

  • Maria

The White Oak, MD until Nov 30th is doubling coupons that are 1.00 and under through the end of November. So a 1.00 coupon will double to 2.00!! I wish I had realized this a couple weeks ago. I just went though a bunch of my old receipts, and sure enough, the 1.00 coupons are doubling! Now I’m re-thinking my whole shopping trip for next week.

    • Aaron

This promotion is still active. Coupons up to $1.00 will double. I even had a Catalina double. This lasts until Sept 6, 2014. However, Shoprite keeps extending it.

  • Wilma B

Richmond County, NY (Staten Island) stores FD

  • Morgan Collins

Can someone please edit and complete the Delaware list? its WILMINGTON aka Riverfront. and we’ve added three new stores since this list was compiled. Bear, Concord and Glasgow, all RD.

  • Thanks

  • barbara

East Norriton and Germantown pike are the same store.. Montgomery county

I go to the Roosevelt BLVD one all the time glad to hear the RD!

      • barbara

RD is the $.75 coupon only doubles to $1 all Shoprites in the city are this way.. Sad but true

  • Maggs

Thornwood in ny is a FD.

  • Jessa

Pearl River in rockland NY is FD

  • Karen

hi Cindy, FYI – Staten Island is in Richmond County, not Rockland County

  • Melissa

You need to add Hatfield, PA (Montgomery) to your list. They fully double.

  • Karen

Hi! NY – Sullivan County – the Liberty store is FD. Also in Ulster there is a store in Ellenville which is also a FD

    • Eric A.

      Beautiful store, too.

  • Bruce Clayton

Bayville NJ also doubles in Ocean County Fully Doubles

  • SusieQ29

In Ulster County, Ellenville Shop Rite also fully doubles; shop there all the time.
Also, FYI Cindy, Melissa, and everyone: I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this besides me. When shopping yesterday at Shop Rite, my husband was told that they are setting a new limit: four coupons per item per household per day. The manager named a particular coupon site, and said that people are coming in during prime hours and holding up the lines forever. I think it is very wrong of the store to do this and it’s going to affect me greatly, but I have seen some people in this area be very rude about it and not care who’s behind them and, unfortunately, they will spoil it for the others. Just wondering if this is happening anywhere else. I prefer Shop Rite, so I’m bummed, naturally.

    • Coleeee

I just printed the coupon policy the other day and ran into an altercation with a manager in the Poughkeepsie, NY (Dutchess County) store. The limit is 4 like coupons per transaction. She didn’t say and nor does the policy state that it is per day. So You can still separate transactions.

      • Barbara

Number 6 in the policy States 4 llke coupons per household per day.

  • gxcue

Philadelphia stores are fully doubling I think until sometime in May. Confirmed at Front & Olney and Oxford & Levick.

  • george

I am 100% honest with coupon use and follow all the store rules. If I make a mistake, it’s just that – a mistake, not evidence of cheating. I use SR from home and unfortunately, I am not always given full credit for my coupons. I also use lots of coupons. My e-mails go unanswered. I am going back to an old process of enclosing a list of all forwarded coupons. This way when I’m not given proper credit, I at least have the list along with my receipt to show the credit that I’m entitled too. It is quite disconcerting to be treated this way especially since I am such a loyal customer. I shop only at ShopRite, shop weekly and my bill averages at least $200 if not more each week.

  • Localb

The west long branch, nj store only does up to .99 cents!

    • Melinda Dilione

Hi there! Are you referring to only coupon with a value of $0.99 or less will double? West Long Branch is the store I shop at weekly and they fully double coupons. A $0.75/1 coupon becomes $1.50 off. Have you had a different experience at this store?

  • Emilie

The shoprite at 1575 north 52nd st in West Philadelphia now fully doubles! I am SO excited.

    • Pammyp

Was there 2 weeks ago and they did not double for me at all

      • Barbara

none of your coupons doubled.. OR specific coupons didnt double. All Philadelphia Stores now Fully double

        • Lauren

I shop regularly at Snyder Plaza (Philadelphia, PA) and use shop from home (pick up, not delivery). All of my coupons have only ever doubled up to $.99. Unless they were running an advertised promo of fully doubling coupons for a limited time. Has been this way for the last 3 years I have been using the service at Snyder Plaza. I use a combination of circular coupons and internet printed coupons, all manufacturer’s. I check each receipt to confirm coupons have been applied. If there is something I’m missing to get the FD instead of RD, please do share! But I don’t think this particular ShopRite does FD, based on my experiences.

          • Barbara

The Synder Ave Store Does Fully Double.. Doubling up to $0.99 means a $0.99 coupon would double to $1.98 . It is on the Front page of there Circular . All Philadelphia Stores started this last Spring.

  • barbara

you can change all Philadelphia Stores and Delaware stores to Full Doubles.

    • Alexis

So it’s just the south jersey stores then that remain at regular doubles? They need to switch too! Otherwise I might be heading to DE to shop:-)

      • barbara

not all PA though.. just Philly..

    • Denise Davison Uzunis

      • Michael Beese

Either the list was never updated, or have the Philly/Delaware stores gone away from the full double?

      • CouponDood

Denise, can you change Bensalem, PA and Fairless Hills, PA to fully doubling stores. It’s been that way since last year March or April 2014.

        • Denise Uzunis

          We sure can!

  • Heather

Somerville – Somerset County – FD
Also, as far as I know, there is no SR in Green Brook.

  • Alex

“Warminister”(sp) in Montgomery Co NJ says FD but should be RD
Warminster in Bucks Co NJ says RD
    … aren’t they the same store ??

    • Barbara

No Warminster is in PA They are two different states

  • Amy

FYI, the Warminster, Pa store actually triples coupons up to $0.99 (so a 0.75 coupon becomes a $2.25 discount). I’ve had a few random coupons not triple, but almost all of them do.

    • Michael Beese

Is this a regular thing or something that happens on and off for a certain amount of time? I will be out that way in a few weeks and could fit in a stop to take advantage of this.

      • Barbara

it has been a regular thing for at least 2yrs

        • Michael Beese

Okay. I only ask because their circular says they double coupons up to 50 cents. I don’t doubt everyone here, but I don’t want to make a special trip if this isn’t going to be the case when I get there!

    • Brittany

is that the Shop Rite off of 263? Do they still do this!? I was just trying to find that out!

  • Jennifer McGuire

Cheltenham store (which is technically in Philadelphia not in Montco, BTW) is now fully doubling, woohoo! I wouldn’t be surprised if Roxborough is too, but cannot verify that.

    • Barbara

All Philadelphia Stores Fully double now

  • Christina D.

anyone know if the new yardley, pa shoprite fully doubles? I know the ad says double up to $0.50, but I’m hoping they are more like the warminster shoprite.

  • CouponDood

Bensalem and Fairless Hills ShopRites in PA are fully doubling coupons up to $1.00. Meaning a $1.00 coupon has a value of $2.00. They are doing this until the end of the year according to one customer service employee.

  • renniks

Until the end of the year, Fairless Hills and Bensalem in PA are fully doubling, including $1. It’s going to be a sad day on Jan 1st if/when they revert back to RD

  • Lissa

Shoprite of Morris Plains (Morris County) closed back in 2013. The new(er) Shoprite of Greater Morristown in Cedar Knolls does fully double. (Current employee)

  • debra40

the shoprite in patchogue, ny will not double coupons if they do not double when scanned even though the coupon does not state DND. Stop and Shop either. they seemed to have gone back to the bar codes with 9 and 0. “9” not doubling and “0” doubling. I thought they did away with that.

  • Michelle Perez

Do you know if they accept competitors coupons? Target does.

  • Brittany

Flemington and Clinton do NOT fully double, FYI.

    • JJ

Yes they do – up to $0.99

      • Brittany

Yes, but if you read the description of “fully double” on this blog, FD means they double 99cent coupons RD means they double coupons up to 99cents. Clinton and flemington do NOT fully double.

        • Barbara

Fully Double Stores: Doubles coupons that have a face value of up to $0.99. So, a $0.99 coupon would double to $1.98.
Meaning a coupon with a value of $0.55-$0.99 will fully double in value $1.10-$1.98 But no coupon over $0.99 will double

Regular Double Stores: Doubles up to $1.00. So, a $0.75 coupon doubles to $1.00 or a $0.99 would only double to $1.00.
Meaning any coupon valued from $0.50 to $0.99 will only give you $1.00 tops no More

  • Brittany

In fact, no Shop Rite stores in Hunterdon County double the $1 coupons, nor have they ever.

    • cc

Fully Double Stores: Doubles coupons that have a face value of up to $0.99. So, a $0.99 coupon would double to $1.98.

Regular Double Stores: Doubles up to $1.00. So, a $0.75 coupon doubles to $1.00 or a $0.99 would also double to $1.00.

      • Jodi

The only exception would be when a price is less than the doubled value of the coupon – on occasion the coupon won’t provide overage and will only “double” to match the purchase price. Something priced at $1.25 with a $0.75 coupon might have the coupon ring up as $0.75 then again at $0.50 though sometimes it still fully doubled and pays you the $0.25 overage

      • Brittany

??? I understand that! Shop rite IN Clinton and flemington only double coupons up to 99cents, so if you have a coupon for 75 cents, it will only “double” it I make it 99 cents, not $1. I know this for a fact! 99cents is the highest they will go, and therefore, they are not FD stores, just RD.

        • Barbara

Doubling up to $0.99 is FD a coupon valued at $0.99 and under would fully double. The exception to this it if the product is less then the value of the fully doubled coupon. So if you had a $0.75 coupon and the item is $0.99 it will indeed only double to $0.99 . But those 2 stores do Fully double coupons under $0.99

  • Wendy

My local Shoprite on Hylan blvd in Staten Island fully doubles coupons but they will not accept printed coupons from smart source or anything that prints with a QR code on them.

    • I have had the same problem recently at the shoprite on Hylan Blvd. I stopped going there. The one on Richmond and Forest take them with no problem. I think we should call corporate and complain.

  • Juanita

I need to find a new SR in or around Philly that doubles $1 coupons! (to $2). East Norriton put an end to it….
Any one know of any other stores????????

    • Barbara

Bensalem will be ending their $1 double as well on Saturday 12/27

  • Lauren

Snyder Plaza (Philadelphia, PA) only RD not FD. I shop there regularly.

    • Barbara

They do Fully double it is on the Front page of the Circular. If you have any issue you should contact Store management

  • Selma

Belleville in Essex county, NJ fully doubles. This store just opened last year.

  • Lynette

New Rochelle, NY is a RD not FD store

    • MisterBill

Unless they’re now doing things differently from all of the other corporate owned stores in Westchester/Putnam/Dutchess, that is not correct.

    • lippy

I disagree – I shop in New Rochelle and a .75 coupon will double up to $1.50 unless the item is less than $1.50. That’s a FD, and i just shopped there today – bought a Simply Fruit Punch and a Newman’s dressing for .61 total because of double coupons and ecoupons.

  • Joy

One of the CS supervisor’s told me today that Shoprite in CT will **no longer be doubling coupons**. She said that they “don’t do it in NJ”. She was unsure of when this will start.

I am hoping that manufacturer’s Qs will increase in value if this happens. Sure takes the fun out of getting great deals. Oh and I am soo jealous of you who are getting $1 and $2 double and triple coupons, wow !!!

btw – I just found out that our SR will accept S&S store coupons : )

    • MisterBill

It’s amazing how many so-called experts there are working in SR stores. I would be really surprised if this happened. It’s clearly not true about NJ stores. I would expect this can be filed with the genius supervisor who said that SR would stop taking printable coupons (I believe that was in SI).

      • Mimi Mi

misterbill: I’ve tried the helpful suggestions offered by LRWC site to try to get my coupons to scan at shoprite. I still can’t get the internet printed coupons to scan. do you have any suggestions.

        • MisterBill

What exactly happens? Does the register not accept the barcodes? Is this at a cashier or self-scan? Is it all printed coupons? Any problems with your printer?

          • Mimi Mi

coupons wont scan at registers and also self check out registers. i have a new printer but i cleaned the printheads and aligned the printer also. still prints well. i am confused. shoprite will not put the coupons thru even though coupons are legit. i appreciate any and all suggestions you have since i tried 800 shoprite no avail . i will try anything to get my coupons to scan. TIA

            • MisterBill

Do they scan at other stores? Do you have a Smartphone? If so, look for the Double Coupon App and install it and see if you can scan the coupons that you print.

              • Mimi Mi

the coupons are not scanning at other stores either. unfortunately I don’t have a smartphone.

                • MisterBill

Sorry to say, it’s your printer. What kind is it?

                  • Mimi Mi

i have hp 2544 printer and in december my coupons did scan. now all my coupons are not.

                    • Barbara

have you tried to print in grayscale the barcodes come out a little lighter in color. i had a problem with my old printer the bar codes printed so dark they would not scan. i changed to gray scale and had no further issues. Its worth a shot.

                    • Mimi Mi

                      it is in gray scale

                    • dowman

Have you tried printing with a different black ink cartridge.

                    • Barbara

can you post a picture of a coupon you printed. Maybe we could see it may help us help you better.

                    • Mimi Mi

i have tried 3 different black ink cartridges.

                    • Mimi Mi

i’ve tried 3 different black ink cartridges

                    • Laura D.

Take your printer out of the grayscale mode. If I print in grayscale, my coupons will not scan. I must use automatic or best quality. Which, uses more ink unfortunately.

                      my print is on grayscale

                    • betty

did you change any settings on the printer or switch to a different ink?

                    • Mimi Mi

I have used the extra large ink cartridges and the regular sized ones, can you give me an example of what kind of settings you mean? grayscale? or something different?

                    • betty

do you have the quality set to high speed/draft? some people swear by this since it is supposed to use less ink, but my coupons would not scan when printed this way. have to use the slower medium quality setting.

They don’t do what in NJ? Double coupons? That’s not true. Every Shoprite I’ve ever been to in NJ (probably 6 or 7) all fully doubled (still fully double) coupons up to $.99

  • Brooke

Warmi steer store in pa triples btw

  • Michael Beese

Can anyone confirm where the Yardley PA store falls on the RD/FD chart?

Does anyone know if the new shoprite in Bethlehem pa on freemansbug ave fully doubles?

  • Selma

I just noticed that the Belleville store that opened in 2013 still isn’t on this list, it is a Fully Doubling store. A new ShopRite also opened in Newark, NJ (Essex county) and is owned by the same family that owns the Brookdale store. This is a Fully Doubling store as well.

  • MisterBill

I’m not sure why you are missing Nassau County, NY stores from this list, but the Morton Village store in Plainview doubles up to 99c, and I suspect that the other Plainview and the Bethpage store double as well since they share an ad. For some reason (part of it their omission from this page) I thought they did not but I saw the double coupon sign in the window in the Morton Village store today. I was very surprised (and pleased), because I actually managed to find the Shamrock Farms chocolate milk there and was able to get 4 for free, and I never expected to get it there (plus I had checked stores in Westchester for it, to no avail).

Dear LRWC Team: Please post if Shoprite Store in Glenolden PA and Brookhaven PA are double coupon or full coupon. Thanks from Confused in Norwood PA!!!!

    • geoff84

When the Brookhaven store opened this summer, I asked at Customer Service about its coupon policy. The two people behind the counter weren’t sure, like “yeah, we probably double up to a dollar,” then went back to their private chatter. LOL. Why wouldn’t a brand new store post its coupon policy? I’ll continue to shop at the Wilmington, DE store rather than take a chance at Brookhaven.

  • geoff84

ShopRite at Brandywine Commons, Rocky Run Parkway, in Wilmington, DE needs to be added to your list. Or maybe it’s what you call “Concord.” But it’s FD, not RD.

    • Tiffany Brown

I saw you posted this…do they double $1 coupons or anything under $1

      • geoff84

They double coupons up to $1.00. So, a $0.75 coupon would be doubled to $1.50. A $1.00 coupon wouldn’t be doubled.

  • 5kids4me

Egg Harbor Township Shoprite in Atlantic County, NJ no longer doubles coupons

  • Tanya Dunkle

Has anyone confirmed the policy for the Festival Shoprite in Cardiff, MD? A Customer Service employee at the Chestnut Run SR in DE dropped me a comment that they fully double including $1 coupons – would like to confirm before I take a run down there!

  • Pipperroo

Has anyone seen a post on Facebook that shoprite will be discontinuing double coupons.?

    • Heather Rambert

Seen many comments as such for NY stores lately

      • Pipperroo

Do you now which NY stores?

        • Sue J

I called SR Fishkill, NY and Poughkeepsie, NY and both will still have double coupons.

        • MisterBill

According to a post in this week’s thread, it’s Ellenville, Liberty, Monticello, Kingston and New Paltz NY. So what is that, Ulster and Sullivan counties? Not Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam and Orange, which are also owned by corporate.

          • Pipperroo

Thanks, I’m in lower Westchester. I heard from a friend that the ones you mentioned will stop as of March 5th. I’m hoping this won’t affect the rest of us.

  • Aron

list is missing some stores in Hartford county missing canton store fully doubles. New Haven County the West Haven store close its now located in Orange Connecticut also fully doubles

  • Dangel72

Any word on the Nassau county stores in NY?

  • Sharon Kain

Hi, you listing for Warminster, PA is not correct. They regularly triple coupons. A .99 will triple to 2.97. I shop there all the time.

  • Jeff

Store in Enfield CT no loner seems to double coupons under a dollar. Never saw an announcement but coupons haven’t been doubled the past 2 weeks.
