This is a quick and tasty recipe… my favorite kind of recipe! Definitely use fresh ginger and lime to make this a delicious dish. You can serve this with vegetables and rice. Enjoy!
Stir-Fry Ginger Beef
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated lime rind
- 1/4 tsp crush red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
Instructions

Combine sugar, ginger, lime juice and rind, soy sauce and red pepper in measuring cup. Whisk and set aside.

In skillet, heat oil and add steak. Cook 4 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat and pour sauce over meat. Serve with rice.
