Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 14.5 oz. can chunky Italian seasoned tomatoes (chopped or crushed)
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup slice red or green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8 hours. Serve with pasta, rice or polenta and parmesian cheese for topping.
