Chicken Parmesan for Gluten Free, Keto or Low Carb Diets
Preheat oven to 400°.
Coat cookie sheet with olive oil
Place grated romano cheese in a ziploc bag along with Italian Seasoning and shake to combine
Place 1 chicken breast at a time in the bag and shake to coat.
Place coated chicken breasts on oiled cookie sheet
Bake for approx 25 minutes (thicker pieces may take longer)
Remove from oven and cover each piece of chicken with sauce and then top with mozzarella cheese
Bake another 7-8 minutes until slightly brown.
