Cindy's Meatball Recipe

The most delicious & simple meatball recipe made my Cindy for years! Her family is obsessed with it! This recipe makes about 50 meatballs (2 per serving) - so 25 servings.

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Meat
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Ricotta
  • 1 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
  • 6 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 tbs Parsley dried
  • 2 tbs Basil dried
  • salt/pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Roll into Meatballs and place on broil pan

  3. Broil until all sides are brown (maybe about 15 min)

  4. Remove and place into your own spaghetti sauce and let simmer for about 4 hours on low.
