Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 2 juice of lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Saute cauliflower rice with cilantro for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Add in lime juice, tossing to incorporate and then cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
