Grilled Chicken with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts (1 - 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Light grill. Combine 1 teaspoon mustard, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and brush over chicken. Place chicken on grill (use cooking spray if you usually do that on your grill for chicken). Grill 6 mins on each side or until done.

  2. While chicken is grilling, combine 1 tablespoon mustard, mayo and water. Serve chicken with mustard sauce.
