Easy Stuffed Shells Recipe with spinach and onion. You can leave out the spinach and onion or add something different in like chicken!
Preheat the Oven to 375
Cook the Pasta Shells according to the package directions - it will tell you how to cook them if you are baking them
In a pan add Olive Oil, and Onion and cook before it turns brown, then add in garlic and spinach untill slightly wilted.
In a Bowl add in Ricotta, Parmesan, Egg, Mozzarella, salt and pepper and the spinach mixture.
In a baking dish that will fit the amount of shells you want to use - cover the bottom with red sauce. you shouldn't be able to see the bottom - about 1 cup or so (depends on your pan).
Add the mixture into the shells and place in baking sheet and top with the remaining sauce
Bake in the oven until warmed through (approx 20 min) - be careful not to let the shells get hard.
