Trust me, if you like gorgonzola cheese, you will like this recipe ;-) Its easy to make and delicious. It calls for chicken broth but you could substitute vegetable if you prefer that. Enjoy!
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, saucepan heat half & half with chicken broth to boiling. Simmer on low for 5 mins. Add gorgonzola, whisk constantly until smooth and melted. Add in spinach, stir for 1 minute. Toss pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
