  • I am not seeing it on that link, but its late and I just might be tired. lol!

  • i don’t see anything? :/

  • There is also an Irish Spring Body Wash, toothbrush, and a Murphy Oil soap coupons.

  • I should have posted that those other coupons are on the Colgate site…sorry.

  • Man, what a rough time for my printer to have ran out of ink! I could have really used this coupon.

  • Do I have to have a special Walgreen’s card like you have to have a card for CVS?

    • no card needed! thats why u can stock up at walgreens..cvs uses your card to limit your purchases. Walgreens no card…no limit

      • Just do one deal per transaction and don’t use your RR from the Colgate deal to buy more Colgate, it won’t print another RR. But you can keep going back and doing the deal again :)

  • I wonder how much these are at Shoprite. There is a $1 store coupon for this toothpaste in the next weeks flier.

    • Isnt the shoprite coupon for a different type of colgate toothpaste? I believe its for the new optic white or sensitive pro relief

  • Thanks Cindy!

  • Tina you raise a very interesting question, I wonder too… :-) Getting 2.50 off with the 2 coupons combined at Shoprite would be awesome if their price is right, but I too don’t know the price! Doh!

  • Another idea is….

Buy the 2 colgates, get the $4.00 RR back, go back to the pharmacy counter with the RR plus a $4.00 off Allegra D coupon and you’d get a really good deal on the Allegra D! lol I might actually consider that, if you can combine RR with a Manufacturers coupon. (I’m new to all this!)

  • Darn, I see now on the beginners page that you cannot combine the RR and a Manufacturers coupon on 1 item. Would I be able to buy something insignificant like gum or whatever and use the $4.00 off RR with a Manufacturers Coupon for the Allegra D or do you have to spend the amount of the RR on other items? Sorry but Walgreens is confusing me for sure! Watch I’ll go and they won’t have the item in stock anyway! :-)

    • Yes, you can do that. It’s called a filler item. At Walgreens the number of manufacturers coupons must match the number of items you buy. A RR is considered a manufacturers coupon. Make sure your total matches or exceeds the amount of your RR.

      • I just want to make sure I’m clear.

If i buy an item with a coupon (say it’s $4,00 off and after that it’s cost is $12 and I also buy a pack of gum for $1.00 (that is prob wishful thinking lol). My RR will be for $4,00 so since my overall total is $13, I’m good right, even though the RR is being applied to an item that is 1.00? 2 items, 1 manu coupon per item.

        Good?

        • Yes, that is fine. In reality your $4 RR applies to your entire order, but in the weird world of Walgreens you need the item count to at least match your coupon count. You can sometimes find a cheap filler. I found a cheap colored pencil on clearance for $0.11 cents.

          • I did it! :-)

            Transaction #1 (Walgreens)
2 Colgate Gum Defense toothpastes. On sale 2 for $6.00.
I had 2 coupons, one for each toothpaste, 1.50 off, so that brought it down to 2 for 3.00.
Then because I bought 2 they gave me a catalina worth $4.00 off my next purchase at Walgreens.
Total spent: 3.43 (tax) (paid with remnants of a rebate from verizon, so i paid nothing out of my pocket technically)

Transaction #2 (Walgreens again – same one)
            1 Allegra D 24 hour box of 10 – $16.99 (not on sale boo)
I had a $4.00 off Allegra Coupon bringing it down to 12.99
            1 Tweezers 0.69
1 Arrid Deodorant – regularly 3.49 – had a coupon which valued 2.50 so it brought it down to 0.99
User the $4.00 off catalina from purchase #1.
Total spent: 10.79 with tax (paid with gift card again so nothing out of pocket).

Then I was feeling fiesty so i jaunted over to shoprite:
            Transaction #3 (Shoprite)
1 3 pack of Scotch Brite Sponges, on sale for 1.99 and I had a coupon of 0.75 off which doubled so that brought it down to 0.49
1 Lysol Kitchen Antibacterial Spray, on sale for 1.99 and I had a coupon of 0.25 off which doubled so that brought it down to 1.49 (I’m sure I could prob do better but i couldn’t find better coupons)
1 33 ounce bottle of Glaceau Smartwater 1.79 – but I had a 0.75 coupon which doubled so I paid 0.29 for it.
Also had a 0.05 canvas bag refund
Total spent: 2.43 with tax (paid with gift card again so nothing out of pocket)

            Total spent: 16.64
            Total coupons used (sale/catalina/coupon): 21.88

Not bad for my 2nd outing!!!! :-)

            • You did great!

              • Is it sad that I got a sort of rush from doing it? It’s like you’re getting away with something, even though you’re just playing by the rules. It was so exciting! I guess I’m good on toothpaste for a little bit too since I bought 2 of them LOL.

  • Great deal, I haven’t had any must haves at the drugstores lately. Now I just plan on using RRs for my Sunday paper stockpile, 2 toothpastes and 2 papers for around $3 and change, not bad.

  • Done, no more prints available
