DIY – Cereal Box Storage
DIY – Cereal Box Storage
I love this idea! As couponers we always have empty cereal boxes from the awesome cereal deals. So, instead of throwing the empty boxes directly into your recycle bin, why not make a cute project with them and organize some clutter in your home! You can use these for your kid’s homework, bills, or, even your printable coupons! Each section could be for a different category…dairy, frozen, grocery, etc.
All you need are empty cereal boxes, scissors, packing tape, wrapping paper (or construction paper) and colored duct tape! This is even a great project for the kids!

Do you have any other clever solutions for storing some paper clutter?

This is a great idea I get alot of paperwork coming in from school with three kids!
love it I am just getting ready to put my office/coupon storage back up. and this is a fantastic idea plus with all these cereal boxes to use why not try it. I know I already want to get cork board for the wall so I can organize the printables that are high value. those are the hardest to keep track of. thank you Cindy
This is such a great idea and a fun project to do with the kids! thanks for posting it Cindy
Never thought and will try that to keep my papers in order than piling up in one place to sort out later. Thank you, Cindy!!!
My son and I make cereal box cars & trucks out of all the boxes we have. Big cereal boxes make great tranporter/ garbage/ Dump trucks (basically any truck… use ur imagination) while the little pasta boxes or even juice boxes make sports cars
Use colored paper to cover the boxes and cut out wheels and lights! Its a great project with the kids!!!
I’ve been using all the Kleenex boxes (from a great deal at CVS a couple months ago) to organize the coupons I know that I will use at certain stores, like the Target Printables and their stackable MQ, the moneymakers at Walmart, coupons that will double at Tops. Each store has it’s own box and they sit side by side on the shelf under my printer.
wooohoooo! This is also a great idea to separate coupons by store.
I was thinking how to divide each store’s up coming deals and good buys.
Thanks for the tip!
What a great idea. Thanks for sharing.
I love this idea!
I saw once to use a cereal box as a gift box.
Cover it with scrapbooking paper and put the gift inside. So easy and cheap!
