So the Stop & Shops in my area are Giant Food. I don’t understand how I can use an ecoupon from another store on a deal at Giant.

Coupon says do no double
So, it won’t double or what?
Ugh, printed one before seeing that it’s DND. It prints at the top of the page with an ink wasting picture on the bottom. I do have the ecoupon on my SR card so I guess I’ll buy one there even if it doesn’t double. Would be nice if they double at S&S despite the wording.
SR took down the ecpn b/c it was available for me a few days ago and now it is not. BAD Shoprite !!
All of the SR ecoupons seem to have a limited number that can be added to cards, and once that is hit, it is removed from the site unless you’ve added it to your card If it’s on your card, it remains there until the expiration date. I had added it on my card, and it’s still there. It’s no different from something like SavingStar, except they show the item as sold out.
Did anyone try this at S&S to see whether it would double? I know what it says, but not what it does (not always the same).
I just noticed that the 50c ecoupon is still available on Cellfire. Added it to my wife’s card there.

I guess I had my weeks mixed up at SR since I tried to buy this today and it was not on sale.
I did go back to S&S yesterday to try and buy more. The self-scans at the store I went to does not seem to take coupons as I tried to scan it and nothing happened. So I had to call someone over, and he entered it and it came up at 50c doubled. But my luck, he noticed the no doubling wording and said he could not let it go thru and would have to re-enter it as 25c doubled. I told him to forget it. I then tried it myself at another self-scan and it did not work there, either. Should have done it at a regular register since the cashier there (when I was buying the pizza) wasn’t reading coupons. Oh well, my wife said the mango wasn’t very good, anyway.
