Menu Plan Monday – 4/26

My freezer is starting to get to about half full which is a sure sign that I need to start filling it up again and looking of for more deals on meat.  But, for this week, we still have plenty in there to keep us going.  The trick right now is the ever changing sports schedule.  We have a game, then we don’t.  Makes it hard to plan out meals but this is what I’m going for this week.

  • Chicken Parm with Spaghetti
  • Breaded Tilapia, Rice Pilaf, Veggies
  • Homemade Pizza
  • Eggs & Potato Sandwiches (Thanks to my friend Lisa’s easy recipe!)
  • Pasta, Texas Toast, Salad
  • My daughter’s college graduation weekend!!
