For New Jersey Residents: Here are some free and/or inexpensive family activities for this weekend.
- Saturday and Sunday, 6/25-6/26: The State Fair at the Meadowlands in East Rutherford. This fair features live concerts, entertainment acts, fireworks, rides, festival foods and more. Saturday 2pm – 2am. Sunday 2pm – 12pm. Admission is $9, Children under 12 is $6. Click here to find out more.
- Saturday and Sunday, 6/25-6/26: SkimBash 2011 in Sea Bright. Come watch amateurs and professional skimboarders from across the country compete. There will be music, food and giveaways. $8/day Beach fee. 9am – 4pm. Click here for more information.
