This year there is another Annies Free Lunch Sack Rebate Offer.  Here is how to get your Free Lunch Sack:

  1. Print the Annie’s Free Lunch Sack Rebate Form
  2. Mail the completed form along with Proofs of Purchase from all four (4) brands to:  Annie’s Lunch Sack, 1610 Fifth Street, Berkeley, CA 94710.
  3. You must MAIL in your form and Proof of Purchase in order to receive your lunch sack.
  4. Eligible products include: any Annie’s Homegrown product, Stonyfield YoKids Organic Yogurt 6-Packs or Squeezers, Honest Kids Organic Drinks 8-pack carton or 64 oz bottle AND Seventh Generation Disinfectants (Sprays or Wipes)
  5. Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
