Reader Shopping Trips: Target, Rite Aid & Safeway

Lindsey had a great trip to Target, Rite Aid & Safeway! She spend just over $3.00 on her trip to 3 stores and ended up with $3 in +up rewards! Here is what she had to say:

I ran out today to do my coupon “exercising” and grab a few things at Target and ended up getting an AMAZING deal!!  I saw the Mederma was on sale and was able to grab some for free!  I also made a quick stop by Rite Aid and Safeway afterwards to grab a few other great deals.  I was able to save about $70, that’s over 95% savings!!  Here is what I did:

Rite Aid:

  • (1) Visine, $5.49
  • (2) Rite Aid Bandaids, $3.99
  • (1) Chocolate Covered Cherry, $.33 – not pictured, I was hungry 🙂

Coupons Used:

  • 1 – $2/1 Visine, in ad coupon
  • 1 – $3/1 Visine
  • 1 – RA Band-aids B1G1
  • Used $4 + UP from last week

OOP: $.11
Received 2 – $3 +UP for Band-aids

Target:

  • (2) Purina Beneful Dog Food, $5.74
  • (2) Dentyne Fire/Ice Gum 3 pack, $2.00
  • (1) Mederma for Kids, $2.00 ($16.49)
  • (1) Mederma for Adults, $2.00 ($20.19)

Coupons used:

  • 2 – $2/1 Purina Beneful (Target)
  • 2 – $2.50/1 Purina Beneful
  • 2 – $1/1 Dentyne Fire/Ice Multipack
  • 2 – $1/1 Dentyne Multipack (Target)
  • 2 – $2/1 Mederma

OOP: $2.24

Safeway:

  • (3) Kens Salad Dressing, $2.50

Coupons used:

  • (1) Just 4 U price $1.29, limit 3
  • (3) $1/1 Kens Dressing

OOP: $.87

My total for the day:
Total OOP: $3.22 with $6 +UP
