The circular no longer states that this instant savings works after coupons or savings. You can therefore buy 5 Garnier Hair Products which totals $15 and will trigger the $5 instant savings – whether or not you use any coupons. If you’ve got 5 of these coupons you can score 5 bottles of Garnier Shampoo, Conditioner or Stylers for FREE when you buy 5 after coupons and instant savings!
We tested this deal using 3 coupons (all we had) and the instant savings was deducted even though the total spent dropped below $15.00 after coupons so we confirm this works!
If you do have 5 coupons and want to do this deal – DO NOT do this deal ONLY buying the 5 Garnier Products with 5 coupons – you will need to have something else in your cart – anything – 1 banana, something else you need, etc. This is because at Stop & Shop, the instant savings counts as a coupon, therefore you’re trying to use essentially 6 “coupons” on 5 items and this causes their computers to reverse the instant savings. This only applies if you’re using 5 coupons and had nothing else in your order.
