The warmer weather means grilling at my house! I’m always looking for new recipes to grill. This recipe for grilled chicken is simple, and has a nice tangy mustard sauce to go with it. Enjoy!
- 1 tsp whole grain dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (1 - 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp water
Light grill. Combine 1 teaspoon mustard, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and brush over chicken. Place chicken on grill (use cooking spray if you usually do that on your grill for chicken). Grill 6 mins on each side or until done.
While chicken is grilling, combine 1 tablespoon mustard, mayo and water. Serve chicken with mustard sauce.
