  • Perhaps my eyes missed this ..
But in the ad on page 3 they have Suave Deodorant 1.4 oz for $0.99.
In this up coming week (5/20) redplum there is a $0.50/1 coupon for the Suave Deodorant (excludes trial and travel)
I believe the 1.4 oz Sauve is the smaller FULL Sized item.
SO if your store doubles (which most Pathmarks do outside of NYC) that would be Free Deodorant ! AND ITS NOT BAN!

    • Does anyone know if Pathmark in Parsippany goes off of shelf price for the deal ideas??

      • They do, usually. Only thing to watch out for is they have been known to change their shelf prices early in the day the day before the new sale/promotion starts. For example – they (along with other PMs from what I heard) ran two consecutive weeks of Unilever deals a few months ago. The deals were slightly different, but, they started lowering shelf prices for the Friday sales early on Thursday of the first week. So, anyone still doing the last of the first week’s deal on Thursday, suddenly wasn’t earning enough to get the cats, though, all week long, they had been. I see they are running another Unilever deal now, so, if doing deals next Thursday, watch your shelf prices carefully!

  • Also … if anyone is planning on doing the Woodson & James Beef Deal … There is also a coupon on their website
    http://www.woodsonandjames.com/coupons/
    for $5/$25 of meat.
This Meat is freaking expensive pre-packaged… so I doubt you will be able to find a $5 package to get for free from the Unileaver deal.
IMO- If you find a nice $25 package (or 2 nice $12.50 packages ) and use the above coupon along with the instant savings, $10 off $25 worth of high quality beef sounds like a deal to me.

  • Hey Cindy, sadly Recyclebank removed the $2/1 Kashi coupon from the site. There’s now only a very restrictive $2/2 cereals or snacks 6.4oz or larger :-/. Thanks so much still for the match-ups!

  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Teriyaki, they are on sale for $1.89.
Pathmark is also doing Catalina deal and the one I go, let me use the overage.

  • A WORD OF WARNING: Their “fresh” ground beef at Parsippany PM is far from fresh! I picked up two “family packs” bc it was on sale for $1.99/lb last week. I was a little apprehensive bc I saw a lot of the other meats they had out steak/chicken/etc were discolored and browning. It looked like they were going bad, and everything was picked over the cases were practically empty. I picked 2 pkgs of GB that looked nice and pink and fresh. Well, when I got home and open one of the pkgs to start making burgers, when I pulled out a chunk, the underneath was all brown! It looked as if they took an old package of GB that was starting to turn and then put a layer for fresh meat on top and re-packaged it. I was furious! I returned the meat back to the store and pointed out the problem, they basically didn’t care at all but they did give me a refund. I also sent an e-mail to corporate through their website and I didn’t hear back. I don’t think I’ll be shopping at any PM anymore. Shop Rite’s meat is much fresher and they even put a sticker on it to show what time it was ground, or you can even pick out beef and give it to the butcher and they will grind it while you shop.

  • I shop at Pathmark in Parsippany and I have been finding that the ecoupons will not come off if I use another coupon for the same product. I am skeptical now to buy deals that would use both- also the registers have not been doubling all coupons. I caught 2 last week so watch for it!!

  • Melissa- I am also very careful about buying meat at Pathmark-

    • Yeah I learned my lesson…

      • I don’t buy fish or meat (not processed like hotdog) at PM at all.
Many years ago, they were on TV, getting caught using old meat just like Melissa wrote. Put fresh meat over the brown ones.
They may have changed but I had same experience, too.

  • Breyers coupon is gone

  • I receive my all you magazine (June) couple of days back and I think it had a $0.75/1 palmolive coupon which make it 29 cents with the pathmark ecoupon.

  • How are the eggland’s best eggs free? I’m missing something.

  • I purchased the May issue of Consumer Reports this week. The cover story is “Are you paying too much”? They rated 52 grocery chains nationwide and here is what they said about Pathmark (I don’t have a Pathmark in my area, this is just FYI)… No chains tried their customers patience than Pathmark (and a few others…but I am giving you info on what they said about Pathmark). Three-fourths of shoppers had one or more problems. They were most likely to be miffed about lack of open checkouts, out-of-stock regular items, indifferent employees, spotty pricing and confusing store layout.
13% of customers at Pathmark said they ‘d been overcharged, almost twice the average rate in Consumer Reports survey. Visible price labels- Pathmark was a loser. Price -scanning accuracy – Pathmark was a loser. Checkout speed – Pathmark was a loser. This is the third survey done where Pathmark (among 3 others) rank near the bottom.

Percentage of shoppers who experienced three or more problems was Pathmark 31% (2nd from bottom). In Rating Supermarkets (out of 52 supermarkets)…Wegmans’ being highest at 88% in service, perishables, price, and cleanliness………Pathmark was at the bottom with 68% lowest in service, average in perishables, average in price and below average in cleanliness. Again…this is fyi and straight out of Consumer Reports magazine.

I really only shop at pathmark. I would say for me they have the easiest labels to read. Until recently there were only labels for the on sale products. Now my eyes just glance at their everyday low price promotions. I may be used to it and know my store well. I am in fairlawn NJ. One night manager I have seen clean up plenty of spills and one kids throw up. Kudos to that guy.
I have known where products are better then some employees.
I have come across the Zavers problem once, but really the zavers thing sucks. They need to just incorporate with coupons.com or this site.

Price wise I think they are comparable to shoprite in my area about 1/4 mile away but I have to make a turn. Shoprite has better produce sometimes and I like their fish market better. If I am going for fish I go high end and pay for higher quality, but its at whole foods.

Yesterday I paid $42 bucks and saved $45. For a guy whos just clipping coupons once in a while and looking for a deals from here thats not bad.

      • Check your expiration dates at Pathmark, I have found a couple of items that had already expired and were still on the shelf, including Baby Food. The produce is often rotten, moldy strawberries, etc… My Pathmark is always out of stock, then when I ask for a rain check they give me a hard time. Recently the sales have been a little better, but I can never do all my shopping there. I only purchase the sales items. I feel bad cause my local Pathmark has been there forever and I would be sad to see it go out of business….hopefully they can turn things around…

      • Fairlawn Pathmark is very very nice. So are the people who work there. Though I am new to Pathmark recently, I have had great experiences at Fairlawn. It was also very easy to find everything and products were in their proper location on the shelf with all proper shelf tags. The people at checkout were just great & I had many, many coupons!

  • How do you use A&P ecoupons at Pathmark? I know they’re the same company (or sister companies) but does that mean that I can load A&P coupons to my Pathmark card?

    • As long as they are set-up under the same sign-in, they can be used by either card listed in the account.

  • So I don’t know how many pple have babies but I saw on d pathmark sales flier, happy baby pouches 10th for 10. They may not be marked in the store. One of the stores I went to had it marked another didn’t. Anyway to make it better, the gobble gobble is 64 cents not a dollar n if u have a coupon, not sure they r out there, it would be better. This is organic food and the sell for 1.55 dey price.

The fresh scent in Finnish diswasher tabs are on sale for half price. Had some printed coupons for .75 and .50 and got 3 packs for under 2.50!

  • Found 2 More Deals Today while shopping …
    1st one is unadvertised …

2nd one is advertised, but I did not see it listed (eyes might have looked over it)

    -$2.00 Instant Savings
    =$3.00

My Puppy Girl LOVES these things !

  • The ocean spray deal is even better now if you use the 1$ off sparkeling 4-pack. Using the BOGO coupon made it $1.74 for 2 juices and the 4 pack of the juice, if you add in the 1$ coupon that is on coupons.com now, it ends up being .25 cents a piece!

  • Also the pathmark at Atlantic in ozone park queens has size 3 big pack of pampered cruisers 72 pack for 12.99 on clearance in the clearance section in aisle 8. These were the old low before they added 5 times the diapers and increased the price. They have limited stock too.

  • I am missing the good deals at Pathmark because they do not double the coupons in the Bronx, NY or in the New York, NY area. How said. It amazing how they double in upstate and Long Island, NY but not in my area. Sorry Pathmark, I will stick to MY SHOPRITE.
