CVS Clearance Shopping Trip
Even though I already did my CVS shopping trip for the week, I found myself stopping in there today for a deal that I had missed earlier and wanted to take advantage of. Just a quick pop in…..but then this happened!
As I passed the hair care aisle, something wonderful caught my eye. Signs that read “$0.99”. And a few clearance tags as well. That will always stop me in my tracks, especially when it comes to hair care! Beauty 360 hairbrushes and accessories that were originally priced as high as $11.49 were on sale for only $0.99! Not every item in the section was on sale, but there was a huge selection marked $0.99 so I filled up a basket and headed over to the red machine to price check them. Sure enough, they were all $0.99. The store I shopped in was very good about signage. I went to another CVS, and found similar items but there weren’t any shelf signs reading $0.99, so customers wouldn’t really know about this great deal! When in doubt, always take it to the ExtraCare Coupon Center and price check it. It’s the best way to be sure of the price you are paying. Also note, prices can and will vary by region. Not all CVS stores follow the exact same markdown cadence. The 2 stores I visited were 7 miles apart and several items I scored at the first store were NOT on sale at the second.
