Balsamic Mushrooms Recipe | Very Simple Dish

This mushroom recipe can’t be much simpler. The balsamic vinegar gives the mushrooms a fantastic flavor without overpowering them. Enjoy!

Balsamic Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 12 oz mushrooms, halved or quartered if large
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in skillet, add mushrooms. Cook until all liquid is released and they are somewhat dry. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook 1 more minute. Top with chopped parsley if desired.
