This mushroom recipe can’t be much simpler. The balsamic vinegar gives the mushrooms a fantastic flavor without overpowering them. Enjoy!
Balsamic Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12 oz mushrooms, halved or quartered if large
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- chopped parsley for topping (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in skillet, add mushrooms. Cook until all liquid is released and they are somewhat dry. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook 1 more minute. Top with chopped parsley if desired.
